Memberships are custom-built based on your goals, training needs, and preferred level of coaching. Programs may include private training, group training, nutrition coaching, accountability systems, open gym, and specialty sessions. During your intro session, we design your plan and walk you through pricing options.
Not at all. Our programs are designed for beginners, advanced athletes, and everyone in between. Every workout is coach-led, form-focused, and scaled to your current level.
Coach-led classes run Monday through Friday starting at 5am, with mid-morning and evening sessions, plus Saturday mornings (7:00–9:00am). Each class is 50 minutes. After you book your intro call we'll help you lock in the times that fit your week.
We're at 413 E Lockeford St, Lodi, CA 95240, with free on-site parking right outside the studio. We're easy to reach from anywhere in Lodi and the surrounding San Joaquin County communities.
Just comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle. We provide all the equipment. Come about 10 minutes early so a coach can show you around and walk you through the warm-up.
Yes. If you're not ready to commit, you can book a single coach-led drop-in class to experience how we train. Many members start with a drop-in or our 7-day free trial before choosing a membership.
No. Your membership timeline is built around you and your goals. We don't lock people into generic 12–24 month contracts. We build programs that respect your journey, your timeline, and your success.
