Joel Flynn
Founder & Head Coach
Joel founded Sierra Tango Fitness with a mission to transform lives in the Lodi community. With over a decade of coaching experience, he specializes in body transformation and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Daniel Ruoff
Head Coach / Trainer
Daniel is a USAW Sport Performance & Advanced Sport Performance Coach with over 10 years of coaching experience. An Olympic Weightlifting Specialist, he focuses on strength, athletic performance, mobility, and functional fitness. His coaching philosophy centers on mechanics first, then consistency, then intensity — ensuring safe and efficient progress for every athlete.

Alexis Acosta
Coach
A lifelong athlete in volleyball, basketball, swimming, and water polo, Alexis rediscovered her passion for fitness at Sierra Tango Fitness. After her own body recomposition transformation, she became a coach driven by helping members find the energy and passion to hit their goals. Watching clients get excited about their results is her favorite part of the job.

Felisha Torres
Coach
Felisa is a bit of a "nice bully" — the kind who pushes you because she already sees the potential you haven't recognized in yourself yet. She blends tough love with genuine encouragement and care. She's the coach who will listen, who will sit with you through life's heaviness, who might even cry with you, and then tell you to wipe your tears and get back to work, because movement heals. Her goal is always to build strength — both physically and mentally.

Nicole Gollinger
Fitness Coach
Nicole holds a NASM certification and a B.S. in Kinesiology, with 13 years of combined volleyball and fitness experience. A Physical Education Teacher by day, she's passionate about helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident — drawing on her athletic background to coach with empathy and drive.

Kaitlin Drake
Coach
A former competitive and collegiate athlete, Kaitlin started at Sierra Tango as a member and now coaches with a supportive, personable style. She loves the structure of hybrid training and the community, and focuses on celebrating progress, building confidence, and helping every client tap into their potential.
