I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the entire team at Sierra Tango Fitness for such an incredible experience! The 8-week program truly exceeded my expectations. I’ve lost 15+ pounds, and more importantly, I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. The program helped me stay on track with my diet while keeping me motivated in the gym.

The coaches are absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, supportive, and always pushing me to do my best. The community here is something special, and from day one, everyone was so welcoming. After moving, I struggled to find a gym that felt like the right fit, but this place has completely changed that for me. I’m excited about working out again, and I couldn’t have done it without this incredible environment.

Thank you for everything! I can’t wait to keep going on this journey with you all.

Best,

Felisha

Hi Joel,

Here is my written testimony, I couldn’t do it in a video.

I have been thinking about this testimony and what I want/can say so here goes…. There won’t be a video because, let be honest, no one wants to see an almost 41 year old, mother of two, ugly cry. Fast forward to motherhood….

I had never wanted anything more than to be a mother, I was blessed with carrying a 10lbs baby boy and a short time later a 9.5 baby girl needless to say NOTHING was the same. I dove into motherhood with no reservations. I was the last person to think about. I lost myself. I gained weight. A lot of weight. I became angry and don’t know why, I just was. At some point I realized the weight had become too much and decided it was time to get rid of it so, I did (that’s a different testimony, kind of). When I had lost all the weight I had intended. I found myself feeling frail and weak. Being new to Lodi, I started researching different gym facilities. I needed a coach. A 5 am class. A pool for the kids and that was about it, oh wait I needed to be able to afford it too. After my research, I finally gave in and decided I’d check out my mother in laws gym. I met with Joel, gave him a run down of my “history” and told him my goal was to train and run Big Sur before turning 40. Before I left that one on one consult I had swiped my card and joined the 10 challenge. I had never felt so much like a fish out of water! 10lb dumbbells were a CHALLENGE, cleans- yeah those were fun; even the might bar was a b…. Over the coarse of time, I realized I didn’t want to be thin. I wanted to feel strong. For me. For my kids. For my husband. For my health. And so here I am almost two years later, feeling strong, feeling a weight (literally and metaphorically) lifted. I am not angry and I am not weak. I have energy, I have motivation, I am happy. I feel strong then I did at my lightest weight. While I have not been so great about taking before and after pictures my progress is real. I can feel it in my heart, my body and my mind- for this I am eternally thankful.

Thank you Sierra Tango Coaches for showing up, for pushing me, for motivating me and for being there when I didn’t realized how much I needed you all.
